ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a FULLY LICENSED team member (preferably bilingual with Spanish language skills) to head our customer service operations. Our ideal hire is an honest, hard working and punctual person who is driven to grow our book of business with integrity and diligence! Please note that ONLY LICENSED CANDIDATES will be considered.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Need to be currently licensed in Life, Property and Casualty.
  • Prior State Farm experience is desired but not crucial.
  • Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members
  • Proactive in problem-solving

Compensation $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
